1. The Nature of SEO Services

Seotrax LLC provides technical SEO, link building, and website architecture optimization. You acknowledge that search engines (like Google) dictate their own ranking algorithms, which frequently change. Therefore, while we engineer our services for maximum velocity and results, Seotrax LLC cannot and does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or resulting sales.

2. Client Responsibilities

To execute our campaigns successfully, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary platforms (CMS, hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Ensure your website does not contain illegal, restricted, or actively malicious content.
• Communicate promptly regarding strategy approvals so as not to delay your chosen SEO timeframe.
• Refrain from making independent, major structural changes to your website or building low-quality backlinks during our active campaign, as this can severely disrupt our optimization architecture.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seotrax LLC, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

4. Intellectual Property

Any custom strategy briefings, technical audit reports, and proprietary SEO frameworks provided by Seotrax LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment of a campaign, you are granted a license to utilize the delivered optimizations on your designated website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in New Mexico.
