Billing Structure

Seotrax operates on a transparent, flat-fee pricing model based on the execution timeframe you select (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years). We do not utilize hidden fees or surprise automated retainers.

• Upfront Payment: All service plans must be paid in full upfront prior to the commencement of any technical SEO work or strategy briefing.
• Currency: All prices listed on our website and all transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
• No Automatic Renewals: Unless explicitly requested by the client in a separate agreement, our standard plans do not automatically renew. You will not be charged again without your direct consent.

Transaction Security

Your payment security is our top priority. We utilize industry-standard, encrypted payment gateways (such as Stripe) to process your financial data. Seotrax LLC does not manually collect, store, or have access to your full credit card information on our servers.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to delivering raw results and honoring our agreements. If you have an issue with your payment or the service provided, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will be aggressively disputed and may result in the immediate termination of all SEO services and reversal of link building campaigns.
