Refund Policy

At Seotrax LLC, we execute high-level, resource-intensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Due to the nature of our business, which involves upfront labor, technical audits, and non-recoverable costs associated with securing high-authority backlinks, our refund policy is strict and definitive.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Once an SEO campaign has commenced, the payment is strictly non-refundable. Commencement is defined as the moment we initiate the Strategy Briefing or begin technical audits on your website. Because search engine algorithms are outside of our direct control, we do not guarantee specific rankings, and a failure to reach a desired rank does not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Conditions for a Full Refund

We will issue a 100% full refund only under the following strict conditions:

• Administrative Error: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
• Failure to Deliver: We completely fail to initiate your project or fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables outlined in your selected SEO timeframe.
• Pre-Commencement Cancellation: You request a cancellation in writing via email before we have begun any strategy, auditing, or link-building work on your account.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing a plan, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks, or chargebacks filed after work has been delivered, are considered a breach of contract. We will vigorously dispute unwarranted chargebacks using all available communication logs, deliverables, and analytics reports. Furthermore, any active link-building or optimizations will be immediately reversed or removed.

4. Requesting a Review

If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund based on an administrative error or a failure to deliver, you must submit a formal request within 14 days of the transaction.
